Jiangsu cairui new material co.,ltd was established in 2008, focusing on the trade of organic pigments. In 2011, it acquired Jiangsu Karray Industrial Co., Ltd. and its name to establish a manufacturing base for pigments; in 2021, Jiangsu Karray Industrial Co., Ltd. acquired Qinghai Sanyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. to create a layout on supply chain for the pigment intermediates; in 2023, it acquired Jiangsu Huaye Pharmaceutical and Chemical Co., Ltd. to expand its pigment manufacturing capacity with an annual production of 18,000 tons of organic pigments, and 70% of its products exported to more than 60 countries and regions in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. In January 2024, Jiangsu Karray Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully underwent a shareholding reform and was renamed as Karry New Material (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. Karray has very strong capabilities in pigment technology including superior research & development, modern testing equipment, and advanced manufacturing processes to ensure that customers receive the most suitable products and obtain service of the highest quality.
